FoodNiche Health Forum Announce Awards Recognizing Global Leaders Enhancing Health In Communities Through Food Initiatives & Innovation

A groundbreaking scholar in food policy, Dr. Nestle is honored for her decades-long contribution to advancing evidence-based nutrition education, public policy reform, and scholarly discourse on food system transparency and justice.

🔹 Scientific Innovation in Food & Health Award - Jim Flatt, Co-founder Brightseed
Flatt is recognized for his pioneering work in plant bioactives and precision nutrition, using artificial intelligence and molecular biology to unlock the therapeutic potential of plants for human health and sustainable food systems.
